At PMBL it is our policy to plan, implement, maintain and improve a quality programme to comply with EN ISO 9001:2015 for the regulation of all the company activities related to the production and sub-contract production of our products.
The implementation of ISO 9001:2015 is an example of our constant dedication to quality which ensures that the specified requirements of the customer are determined and fulfilled through quality objectives within the organisation with a view to achieving, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
A policy of on-the-job training is carried out by the company to ensure that the capability of all personnel who manage, perform or verify functions applicable to the Quality System is maintained. PMBL’s Quality System Manual describes how the Quality programme is put into effect. The management of PMBL believe that Quality Assurance is not only a practice defined in a manual, but is the enthusiastic attitude and commitment of all employees to providing a service that meets the customer’s expectations in every way. The Company acknowledge that the quality of its products and its good name depend on the dedication of everyone within the organisation.
PMBL's programme of continual staff training and development includes key members of staff attending an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training course and taking the associated exam (Lead Auditor ISO9001:2015). This enables effectual planning, auditing and reporting to be carried out by PMBL to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
